Belly Dance Fitness


Have fun in this upbeat dance fitness class. You'll bring your skills to the next level in this this class! We'll start with a conditioning mat based warm-up, move into a shimmy drill, high energy combinations, and finish with a yoga cool down. Learn belly dance technique, mechanics, and sequences to build skills. This class is good for all levels. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.

Wednesday Online August Series


In this series you will learn technique and drills for belly dance pops, locks, and shimmies. We will explore pops and locks with all of the basic isolations, including bellywork, and you will learn how to put them together in isolation patterns. This series will delve into the variations of using pops and locks with electronic music and in traditional music. Dig deep into shimmy technique, drills, and variations. Learn how to build routines artfully combining pops, locks, and shimmies. Class starts with a conditioning warm-up and ends with a relaxing cool down. All levels are welcome. $25 drop-in

Thursday Classes

Fusion Belly Dance Drills and Combos


In this class you'll learn unique and beautiful fusion belly dance combinations and drills. Drills will include layering techniques, steps, and finger cymbals. This is an intermediate level class. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor. Masks are required at the studio. Drop-ins welcome.


Datura Style Belly Dance Crash Course

Sunday, August 14th at 2:00PM-3:30PM


Always wanted to try Datura Style? Have you been studying for a while and want to dig deep? We'll be learning the ins and outs of this style going through many steps and combinations. Bring your finger cymbals! This is an intermediate level workshop. For more info on Datura Style: (

Moon Salutations Yoga Workshop

Sunday, August 28th at 5:30PM


Moon salutes are meditative and grounding practices. In this class you'll be led through a series of poses to both invoke change and create harmony, balance, and introspection. All levels are welcome, however these poses require strength and stamina. Familiarity with yoga is highly recommended. Students should bring their own yoga mats. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor. Students must register in advance. Masks are required for this workshop. $25


Class passes may be mixed and matched for all classes (including special sessions). Students who purchase a session can make up missed classes. Passes must be used in the month of purchase. Make-up classes are not transferable and must be used within the same month. No refunds on class pass purchases. Prices and registration below:
