Monday Classes


Belly Dance Fitness

7:00PM-8:00PM


Have fun in this upbeat dance fitness class. You'll bring your skills to the next level in this this class! We'll start with a conditioning mat based warm-up, move into a shimmy drill, high energy combinations, and finish with a yoga cool down. Learn belly dance technique, mechanics, and sequences to build skills. This class is good for all levels. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.


Belly Dance Choreography

8:15PM-9:15PM


In this session, you will learn an original finger cymbal choreography. Technique used in the choreography will be drilled along with transitions, dance expression, stagecraft, and dancing in formations. Class starts with a cardio warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.


Tuesday Online Classes


Level 1 Belly Dance (Zoom Class)

7:00PM-7:50PM


Join in on the fun and belly dance with us! Learn the fundamentals of classic belly dance style while enjoying an engaging movement experience. Each class you will be introduced to basic isolations, steps, combinations, and short routines. Discussion of history and styles of belly dance will be referenced. This class is perfect for beginners or those wishing to refine their technique. Class starts with a cardio warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.


Belly Dance Level 2/Datura Style (Zoom Class)

8:00PM-8:50PM


Belly Dance Level 2 builds on material learned in previous classes. Students will learn more complex belly dance technique including Datura Style Belly Dance (https://www.rachelbrice.com/what-is-datura-style). Combinations will be drilled along with transitions, dance expression, and stagecraft. Class starts with a cardio warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. 1 Year of belly dance classes is recommended. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.


Thursday Classes


Fusion Sword Choreography

6:30PM-7:30PM


In this class you'll learn an original sword choreography. This piece includes fundamental sword technique, gooey movements, balancing and level changes, and dynamic formations. 1 year of belly dance experience is required for this class. Students interested in performing must exhibit a high level of proficiency learning the choreography. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.


Sunday Classes


Belly Dance Fundamentals

12:30PM-1:30PM



Belly Dance Fundamentals focuses on belly dance technique, learning new dance vocabulary, an introduction to finger cymbals, combinations, and musicality. Each class starts with a conditioning warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. This is a mixed levels class. Can’t wait to dance with you!No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor. Workshops


Galentine's Day Yoga Workshop

Sunday, February 13th

3:00-4:30PM


$30 for 2 people




$20 individual workshop




Enjoy a fun filled yoga workshop in honor of Galentine's Day! In this workshop you'll be led through a series of poses to create harmony, balance, and introspection. We'll finish with relaxing poses and meditation. All levels are welcome. Students should bring their own yoga mats. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor. Reduced price for 2 students registering together - only $30. Please indicate the name of your friend in the notes section of PayPal.


CLASS PASSES


Class passes may be mixed and matched for classes. Students who purchase a session can make up missed classes. Passes must be used in the month of purchase. Make-up classes are not transferable and must be used within the same month. No refunds on class pass purchases. Prices and registration below:
