Greetings dancers and friends! This is a special month for us. We're excited to celebrate the studio's 5 year anniversary. It's been such a joy to share so many memories with all of you! Keep your eyes posted for announcements about our anniversary party and other events. Check out the studio classes and workshops for the month.

Saturday Classes

Belly Dance Basics

March 2-March 23, 2024

11:00AM-11:55AM

$65 for 4 week series/$20 regular Drop-in price



Join in on the fun and belly dance with us! Learn the fundamentals of classic belly dance style while enjoying an engaging movement experience. Each class you will be introduced to basic isolations, steps, and short combinations. History and styles of belly dance will be discussed. This class is perfect for beginners or those wishing to refine their technique. Class starts with a cardio warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. Wear comfortable clothes such as yoga pants and a t-shirt and bring a water bottle. No refunds unless session is canceled by instructor. Opportunities to make up missed classes will be available! Cash, check, credit card or PayPal accepted.




Monday Classes


Belly Dance Core Fusion (Hybrid Class)

March 4- March 25, 2024

7:00PM-8:00PM

$65 for 4 classes/$20 drop-in



Enjoy this fitness fusion class! This class is great for students new to belly dance, those looking for a low impact workout, and individuals aiming to strengthen their technique. Class starts with a mat based warm-up focusing on core strengthening, then moves into belly dance technique and combinations. Belly dance movements will integrate core strengthening and toning. We'll work with these combinations into a short dance routine. Class ends with a relaxing stretch. This is an all levels class. Zoom link will be sent after registration.

Belly Dance Classes

Beyond Belly Dance Basics - 7:00-7:55PM

Join in on the fun and belly dance with us! Moving beyond the basics, this class includes belly dance steps, combinations, and short routines. Technique will be broken down and refined. History and styles of belly dance will be discussed. This class is perfect for advanced beginners, individuals with previous dance experience, or those wishing to refine their technique. Class starts with a cardio warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. Wear comfortable clothes such as yoga pants and a t-shirt and bring a water bottle. No refunds unless session is canceled by instructor. Opportunities to make up missed classes will be available! Cash, check, or PayPal accepted.


Belly Dance Creative Combinations and Props: 8:00-8:55PM

In this series, you will have fun learning original combinations for all levels. Class will begin with a conditioning warm-up and will move into a fast paced shimmy drill. You will then learn combinations that can be used on their own or strung together as a mini-routine. Belly dance props such as finger cymbals and veil will be used in this series. If you are new to props the techniques will be clearly broken down and explained. Extra finger cymbals and veils will be available for use! Let's dance!!!



Thursday Classes


Fusion Belly Dance Fundamentals

March 7 - March 28, 2024

6:30PM -7:30PM

Cost: $65 for series/$20 Drop-in



Fusion belly dance is known for its uplifted posture, beautiful arm work, ooey gooey moves, and earthy presentation. In this session you’ll learn the fundamental technique, dance vocabulary for synchronized group improvisation, belly dance combinations, and an introduction to finger cymbals. Each class starts with a conditioning warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. This session is designed for mixed levels. Can’t wait to dance with you! No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.


Gentle Yoga

March 7 - March 28, 2024

7:35PM-8:30PM

Cost: $65 for series/$20 Drop-in




Enjoy a gentle flow style class. This class includes range of motion exercises, a variety of standing poses, long stretches, breath work and relaxation. Awareness will be brought to breath and intention throughout the practice. We'll end with a body scan to deeply relax. This class is suitable for all levels. Students should bring their own mats.
