Fall is in full swing with new classes and workshops! Enjoy outdoor classes while the weather is still pleasant as well as in studio and Zoom classes. Belly Dance Drills

Bring your skills to the next level in this drills class. Learn belly dance technique, mechanics, and sequences to build skills. Class starts with a mat conditioning sequence. We'll be working on spins and balancing technique this month! This class is good for all levels. Some belly dance experience is helpful. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.
Belly Dance Choreography

In this session, you will learn an original fan veil choreography. This piece is set to the beautiful sweeping song Darigh Nur by Mario Kirlis. Technique used in the choreography will be drilled along with transitions, dance expression, stagecraft, and dancing in formations. Class starts with a cardio warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. Level 1 Belly Dance (Zoom Class)

Join in on the fun and belly dance with us! Learn the fundamentals of classic belly dance style while enjoying an engaging movement experience. Each class you will be introduced to basic isolations, steps, combinations, and short routines. Discussion of history and styles of belly dance will be referenced. This class is perfect for beginners or those wishing to refine their technique. Class starts with a cardio warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.
Belly Dance Level 2/Datura Style (Zoom Class)

Belly Dance Level 2 builds on material learned in previous classes. Students will learn more complex belly dance technique including Datura Style Belly Dance (https://www.rachelbrice.com/what-is-datura-style). Combinations will be drilled along with transitions, dance expression, and stagecraft. Class starts with a cardio warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. 1 Year of belly dance classes is recommended. Belly Dance Finger Cymbals in the Park
Class is ONLINE October 29th!
Learn fundamental finger cymbal patterns, belly dance rhythms and combinations. We'll also explore longer patterns and unusual rhythms! All levels welcome. Class meets at Memorial Grove Shelter in Highland Park. In case of inclement weather, this class will be online through Zoom. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor. Highland Park Entrance at Bunkerhill
Moon salutes are meditative and grounding practices. The full moon moon is a time to embrace change. This is a special outdoor class in Highland Park. We will meet at the entrance at Bunkerhill and Highland Avenue. In this class you'll be led through a series of poses to both invoke change and create harmony, balance, and introspection. Offering a yin approach moving the body symmetrically from side to side. All levels are welcome. Students should bring their own yoga mats. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor. In case of inclement weather, class will be held in the studio. Students must register in advance.
Class passes may be mixed and matched for classes. Students who purchase a session can make up missed classes. Passes must be used in the month of purchase. No refunds on class pass purchases. Prices and registration below:
