Whether you're new to belly dance or returning to refine your skills, we’ve got something for every level and interest. Mondays bring a dynamic fusion with our Belly Dance Core Fitness Fusion class—perfect for building strength and flow. On Wednesdays, try our beginner-friendly Intro to Belly Dance Mini-Series, or dive deeper with Combinations and Choreography for advanced beginners ready to expand their vocabulary. Thursdays are all about creativity, with Modern Belly Dance Fusion blending tradition and innovation, followed by Slow Flow Yoga for the perfect wind-down.
Round out your weekend with two immersive workshops on Sunday, August 10. Our Belly Dance Boot Camp will get your heart pumping with a fun, technique-driven workout, while the Moon Salutes Yoga Workshop offers a reflective and restorative experience to reconnect with your inner rhythm. Monday Classes
Belly Dance Core Fitness Fusion (Hybrid Class)

Enjoy this fitness fusion class! This class is great for students new to belly dance, those looking for a low impact workout, and individuals aiming to strengthen their technique. Class starts with a mat based warm-up focusing on core strengthening, then moves into belly dance technique and combinations. Belly dance movements will integrate core strengthening and toning. We'll work with these combinations into a short dance routine. Class ends with a relaxing stretch. This is an all levels class. Zoom link will be sent after registration. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.

Whether you're captivated by graceful movements, seeking an engaging workout, or simply eager for a new form of self-expression, this class is for you! Belly Dance Combinations and Choreography
Wednesdays, August 6 - August 27, 2025 (Morgiana subbing on August 27)

Join us for a fun-filled belly dance experience! In this session, we will go beyond the basics of classic belly dance while enjoying an immersive and engaging movement experience. Each class introduces you to essential isolations, steps, and combinations, and explores the relevant history of the dance. This class is ideal for advanced beginners and those looking to enhance their dance skills in a supportive environment. Wear comfortable attire, such as yoga pants and a t-shirt, and remember to bring a water bottle. Please note, refunds are only available if the session is canceled by the instructor, but makeup classes will be arranged. We accept payment via cash, check, credit card, or PayPal.

Modern Belly Dance Fusion

Join us for a captivating Modern Belly Dance Fusion class that celebrates uplifted posture, graceful arm work, fluid movements, and earthy expression. We'll incorporate elements from Western dance styles, including pops and locks, lyrical dance, and original combinations to create a unique experience.
In this session, you'll learn fundamental techniques, expand your dance vocabulary, learn exciting belly dance routines, and explore the use of props. This month, we'll focus on an upbeat drum solo choreography. Our music selection will span from traditional Middle Eastern sounds to EDM and pop, ensuring an energizing atmosphere.
Each class begins with a conditioning warm-up and concludes with a soothing yoga cool down. This session is suitable for all levels, so whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, we can't wait to dance with you! Please note, there are no refunds unless the class is canceled by the instructor.

Belly Dance Boot Camp Workshop

Registration:
This workshop is geared to make you move, sweat, and drill the basics of belly dance. We’ll start with a conditioning warm-up incorporating belly dance isolations, then on to cardio based dance combinations, shimmies, and steps to hone in on muscle engagement. A satisfying yoga cool down waits for you at the end of this workout! This class is appropriate for all levels. It moves fast and is low impact. Please bring a yoga mat for the warm up and cool down. No refunds unless workshop is cancelled by instructor. Zoom link will be sent after registration. Cost is $25 in advance/$30 at the door
Moon Salutes Yoga Workshop
August 10th, 5:00 - 6:30PM
Cost is only $25 paid in advance/$30 at the door
Registration:
Moon Salutes are deeply meditative and grounding practices. This workshop will guide you to become the guiding force in your own life through meditation. Throughout the class, you will be led through a series of poses designed to invoke change and cultivate harmony, balance, and introspection. While practitioners of all levels are welcome, familiarity with yoga is highly recommended.
Participants should bring their own yoga mats for the session. Refunds will only be issued if the class is canceled by the instructor. Advance registration is recommended to secure your spot.
