Step Into September – New Dance Classes Await!

This fall, we’re excited to bring you a full schedule of movement, mindfulness, and dance classes designed to help you connect with your body, build strength, and find joy through practice. From the grounding flow of yoga to the vibrant energy of belly dance, our offerings create space for you to explore movement at your own pace. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, fitness, or artistic expression, you’ll find a welcoming community and inspiring instruction.


Our September schedule includes weekly yoga and belly dance classes, as well as special workshops that invite you to dive deeper into your practice. Sunday mornings begin with Slow Flow Yoga to center and restore, followed by Belly Dance Basics for an introduction to the fundamentals of this timeless art form. Throughout the week, you can explore fusion fitness, choreography, and modern belly dance styles. Every class emphasizes mindful movement, technique, and self-expression.

Belly Dance Basics

5 Week Session

Join in on the fun and belly dance with us! Learn the fundamentals of classic belly dance style while enjoying an engaging movement experience. Each class you will be introduced to basic isolations, steps, and short combinations. History and styles of belly dance will be discussed. This class is perfect for beginners or those wishing to refine their technique. Class starts with a cardio warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. Wear comfortable clothes such as yoga pants and a t-shirt and bring a water bottle. No refunds unless session is canceled by instructor. Opportunities to make up missed classes will be available! Monday Classes


Belly Dance Core Fitness Fusion (Hybrid Class)

September 8 - September 29, 2025

7:00PM-8:00PM



Enjoy this fitness fusion class! This class is great for students new to belly dance, those looking for a low impact workout, and individuals aiming to strengthen their technique. Class starts with a mat based warm-up focusing on core strengthening, then moves into belly dance technique and combinations. Belly dance movements will integrate core strengthening and toning. We'll work with these combinations into a short dance routine. Class ends with a relaxing stretch. This is an all levels class. Zoom link will be sent after registration. Please register at least 1 hour before class in order to get the Zoom link. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.


Wednesday Classes


Belly Dance Combinations and Choreography

Wednesdays, September 3 - September 24, 2025

Join us for a fun-filled belly dance experience! In this session, we will go beyond the basics of classic belly dance while enjoying an immersive and engaging movement experience. Each class introduces you to essential isolations, steps, and combinations, and explores the relevant history of the dance. This class is ideal for advanced beginners and those looking to enhance their dance skills in a supportive environment. Wear comfortable attire, such as yoga pants and a t-shirt, and remember to bring a water bottle. Please note, refunds are only available if the session is canceled by the instructor, but makeup classes will be arranged. We accept payment via cash, check, credit card, or PayPal.


Thursday Classes


Intermediate / Advanced Modern Belly Dance Fusion

September 4 - September 25, 2025

6:30PM -7:25PM

Cost: $65 for 4 week series/$20 Drop-in

Join us for a captivating Modern Belly Dance Fusion class that celebrates uplifted posture, graceful arm work, fluid movements, and earthy expression. We'll incorporate elements from Western dance styles, including pops and locks, lyrical dance, and original combinations to create a unique experience.


In this session, you'll learn fundamental techniques, expand your dance vocabulary, learn exciting belly dance routines, and explore the use of props. This month, we'll focus on an upbeat drum solo choreography. Our music selection will span from traditional Middle Eastern sounds to EDM and pop, ensuring an energizing atmosphere.


Each class begins with a conditioning warm-up and concludes with a soothing yoga cool down. This session is suitable for all levels, so whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, we can't wait to dance with you! Please note, there are no refunds unless the class is canceled by the instructor.


Beginner Modern Belly Dance Fusion

September 4 - September 25, 2025

$65 for 4 week series/$20 Drop-in


This series is designed for those new to belly dance or anyone looking to build a strong foundation while having fun. We’ll explore uplifting posture, graceful arms, smooth hip movements, and playful expressions—all in a supportive, welcoming atmosphere.


You’ll learn essential belly dance techniques, simple traveling steps, and short combinations that introduce you to the fluidity and rhythm of the style. Along the way, we’ll sprinkle in inspiration from other dance forms, keeping each class fresh and engaging.


Each session begins with a gentle conditioning warm-up and closes with a calming yoga-inspired cool down. Come join us and discover the beauty of belly dance at your own pace. Please note: there are no refunds unless the class is canceled by the instructor.


Moon Salutes Yoga Workshop

September 14th, 5:00 - 6:30PM (RESCHEDULED from the 7th)

Cost is only $25 paid in advance/$30 at the door

Moon Salutes are deeply meditative and grounding practices. This workshop will guide you to become the guiding force in your own life through meditation. Throughout the class, you will be led through a series of poses designed to invoke change and cultivate harmony, balance, and introspection. While practitioners of all levels are welcome, familiarity with yoga is highly recommended.


Participants should bring their own yoga mats for the session. Refunds will only be issued if the class is canceled by the instructor. Advance registration is recommended to secure your spot.
