Greetings dancers and friends! I'm excited for fall and new class offerings coming your way. Always wanted to try belly dance? Try our Pay What You Can Classes on Saturdays at 11AM - 9/2,9/9, 9/16, and 9/23).
Crystal will be teaching Middle Eastern Drumming Fundamentals starting Wednesday the 6th at 6PM. We have a special all month - your first belly dance drop-in at the studio is only $15. Just come to the studio and let us know it's your first class! I'm teaching a Slow Flow Yoga series starting Thursdays at 8:00PM. In honor of National Yoga Awareness Month, yoga drop-ins for Thursday's class will be $15. Looking forward to seeing you at the studio!

Brand New to Belly Dance

September 2-23, 2023
Always wanted to try belly dance? In this series learn belly dance from the ground up. Specifically designed for beginners, you’ll learn the fundamentals of this rich dance form. This session focuses on the the fundamental steps common in most fusion belly dance formats, isolations, shimmies, and how to play finger cymbals! Technique will be broken down in detail. This class starts with a cardio warm-up and stretching cool down. Suggested donation is $7-$20.

Belly Dance Fitness
August 14 - September 18 (5 week session - no class on Sept 4/Labor Day)
Enjoy this fitness fusion class. Start with a mat based warm-up, move into high energy belly dance routines, and drill technique to gain stamina. This is an all levels class. You'll receive a Zoom link after you register. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.
Middle Eastern Drumming Fundamentals
September 6-27, 2023 (4 week sessions)
$65 for session
Crystal has been studying world music and Arabic drumming for over 10 years and is eager to share her knowledge. She will lead participants in playing the most common middle eastern rhythms. Each class will focus on one or two fundamental rhythms, leaving participants with the skill and tools to practice at home. At the end of 4 weeks you will be able to confidently play along at drum circles and develop a practice for self guided improvement.
Belly Dance Classes

Belly Dance Basics - 7:00-7:55PM
Join in on the fun and belly dance with us! Learn the fundamentals of classic belly dance style while enjoying an engaging movement experience. Each class you will be introduced to basic isolations, steps, and short combinations. History and styles of belly dance will be discussed. This class is perfect for beginners or those wishing to refine their technique. Class starts with a cardio warm-up and ends with a yoga cool down. Wear comfortable clothes such as yoga pants and a t-shirt and bring a water bottle. No refunds unless session is canceled by instructor. Opportunities to make up missed classes will be available! Beyond Belly Dance Basics: 8:00-8:55PM
Moving beyond the basics, this session integrates steps, combinations, and belly dance props! You'll also be introduced to rhythms commonly used in belly dance. Have fun learning engaging and joyful dance combinations. This class is perfect for adventurous beginners as well as intermediate students. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.
Advanced Belly Dance
Instructor Permission Required
$65 for series/$20 drop-in
This is an advanced belly dance class included complex drills, finger cymbals, advanced technique, and complex combinations. 3 Years progressive belly dance experience and permission from instructor is required. You may drop-in or purchase the full 4 week session. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.
Slow Flow Yoga

$15 drop-in for National Yoga Awareness Month
Let's fall into yoga! Enjoy a gentle vinyasa flow style class. This series includes energizing sun salutes, a variety of standing poses, long stretches, breath work and relaxation. Awareness will be brought to breath and intention throughout the practice. We'll end with a body scan to deeply relax. This class is suitable for all levels. Students should bring their own mats.
